1.    European Roulette

One of the simplest versions of online roulette casinos is European roulette. You have probably heard about this game more than any other. The rules are extremely easy; you only have to bet on red or black in either a single-zero or double-zero game. Betting on odd numbers gives you the best odds, and if you’re winning, the payout is 100 per cent. To lose, bet on both even numbers, and black will win with a 50 per cent payout.

2.    American Roulette

American roulette is a bit more complex than its European counterpart. In American Roulette, there are six numbers, and you will bet on one of them. If you bet on either red or black, the value of your wager is 100 per cent, while odd bets will only win with a 50 per cent payout. For example, let’s say that you were playing American roulette and the number was 7 and 11 was your second choice.

3.    French Roulette

French roulette is a little bit different from standard American Roulette. Instead of having a table with 36 numbers, French roulette gives you 40 numbers to bet on. Just like the American version, red/black bets are 100 per cent, while odd bets are only 50 per cent. However, there is one difference in this version: the table has half of its numbers on the right and half on the left so that the bets alternate between place and street in French roulette.

4.    Spanish Roulette

Spanish roulette has two different versions: “European” and “American.” Both variations have been around since 1887, and they are very similar to European and American games, respectively. The difference between the two is that Spanish American roulette adds an extra 0 to the table, making the payouts on even bets only 50 per cent.

5.    Third Zero

This variation is slightly different from the others because you’ll be betting on a third zero. This means that you’ll have three groups of two numbers and a single group of one number. You can still bet on red and black, but the payout will only be 100 per cent if you bet on both numbers in the same group. If you decide to go for one number, your payout will only be 50 per cent.
